Composition of the Committee — The Member Care Committee shall consist of at least one deacon who will serve as chair and other members recruited by the chair.

Responsibilities of the Member Care Committee — The member care committee is responsible for the following:

1. Plan and coordinate fellowship events for the congregation as needed.
2. Plan and coordinate the Christmas Breakfast.
3. Plan and coordinate the annual Church Picnic.
4. Serve as liaison to Presbyterian Women for funeral dinners and receptions, and supervise set up of fellowship hall.
5. Assist the session with inactive member follow up as requested.
6. Organize meals for church members and friends in need of assistance
   1. Maintain list of volunteers.
   2. Coordinate meals during time of need.
